When will my order be shipped?

We only post out every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to make sure your cookies arrive fresh and avoid weekend delays at the courier hub.

P.S. Just a heads up: if you place your order for shipping after Wednesday midnight, we'll have to ship it out the following week.

Can I choose an exact delivery time?

Pick a slot that suits you best: 11am-1pm, 1-3pm, 3-5pm, 5-7pm, or 7-9pm. We try our best, but exact times might shift a bit because of traffic.

Will my order get to me on time?

We always aim for on-time deliveries, but sometimes delays happen. If timing is vital, consider picking an earlier slot or swinging by for self-pickup.

How do I know where my delivery is?

You'll receive an email from us with the delivery information during your selected time slot. Stay tuned!

When can I know my order's ready to pickup?

Look out for an email from us on your collection day telling you it's ready. If you don't see it, no worries! Swing by in your chosen time slot, and we'll have it all set for you.

What if I need to pick up my order outside my slot?

Once you've got the 'ready for pickup' email, feel free to stop by any time we're open to pick up your treats.
