What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Only 50 packs! For orders above 200 packs, there will be a slight discount on the price.
How long of a notice should I give prior to receiving the product?
We would say to give us at least 3 weeks notice especially during peak / festive seasons, it might take us longer than usual to design etc.
What's the size difference between Mini and Big?
Do you deliver out of Klang Valley?
Yes, if it's above RM1000. Postage not included. Postage price depending on the total weighed and total amount order. May vary between RM40 - RM100.
Is the designing and printing fee all inclusive?
YES! Give us the theme, colour scheme, and what you’d like to add to the design and we’ll come up with the final design for your approval within 1-2 weeks! Printing fees are all included in the pricing as well.
Can I add my company logo to the design?
YES, most definitely can! It is fully customisable to your liking.
How do I make payment for this order?
A deposit payment of 50% is needed to confirm the project before commencing with the design. You can either make payment via bank transfer, DuitNow transfer, TnG eWallet transfer or simply walk in to our store and pay with Debit / Credit Card.
