Absolutely! We are in the midst of applying for the Halal Certification and we use all Halal-Certified ingredients, ensuring they're suitable for everyone to enjoy!

 

Do your cookies contain milk?

Only our Cereal Milk cookie contains toasted milk powder. The rest of our cookies don't have milk but has butter.

 

Do you have any vegan option?

Absolutely! Our Vegan Choc Pecan cookie is a dream for anyone looking for egg-free and dairy-free options.

 

Do you have any gluten-free option?

Yes, we do! Our Bingka Ubi is completely gluten-free. Just keep in mind, due to the nature of the ingredients, it's best enjoyed on the day of purchase and is only available for In-Store Pickup & Klang Valley Delivery.

Absolutely! Place your order at least 2 hours ahead, and we'll have it ready for you.

Currently, you can use Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), Debit Cards, and Online Banking/FPX. And good news - e-wallet options like GrabPay, Boost, TouchNGo, and Maybank QRpay are on their way!

When can I know my order's ready to pickup?

Look out for an email from us on your collection day telling you it's ready. If you don't see it, no worries! Swing by in your chosen time slot, and we'll have it all set for you.

 

What if I need to pick up my order outside my slot?

Once you've got the 'ready for pickup' email, feel free to stop by any time we're open to pick up your treats.

How much is the delivery fee and where do you deliver?

Delivery is available within a 50km radius of our Bangsar store. For delivery fees and info, check out this link.

 

Can I choose an exact delivery time?

Pick a slot that suits you best: 11am-1pm, 1-3pm, 3-5pm, 5-7pm, or 7-9pm. We try our best, but exact times might shift a bit because of traffic.

 

Will my order get to me on time?

We always aim for on-time deliveries, but sometimes delays happen. If timing is vital, consider picking an earlier slot or swinging by for self-pickup.

 

How do I know where my delivery is?

You'll receive an email from us with the delivery information during your selected time slot. Stay tuned!

I'm at the cart page, but where's the Nationwide Shipping option?

Ah, looks like you might have some of our Ala Carte Cookies in your cart. They're a bit shy and don't do the nationwide journey alone.

But fear not! Opt for our Teatime Set (6pcs) or Party Set (12pcs) for a shipping-friendly option.

What's the shipping rate and when will I receive my order?

Peninsular Malaysia:
The shipping fee is RM8 for orders below RM130, but we offer free shipping for orders above RM130. Expect your order to arrive within 1-3 working days after we post it.

Sabah & Sarawak:
The shipping fee is RM20. Expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days after we post it.

We ship out orders every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, ensuring your cookies are on their way to you as quickly and freshly as possible.

 

When will my order be shipped?

We only post out every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to make sure your cookies arrive fresh and avoid weekend delays at the courier hub.

P.S. Just a heads up: if you place your order for shipping after Wednesday midnight, we'll have to ship it out the following week.
